Questions people ask before they upload a file.
Can the AI make up numbers?
It is never asked to calculate. Every figure comes from ordinary code, and every number, date and group name in the written report is checked against the stored evidence. A sentence that fails is rewritten up to twice, and if it still fails it is left out. A report that could not be fully verified says so.
Does the AI read my spreadsheet?
No. The analysis runs on our own code. The model only receives the findings that code computed, such as figures, column names and group names. It never receives your rows or your file.
Which files can I upload?
CSV, Excel and JSON files up to 50 MB. Up to 500,000 rows are analysed, and if your file has more, Provetale tells you instead of cutting data silently.
Which languages are supported?
English, Bengali, Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, and Arabic. Reports are written directly in the language you choose, not translated from English afterwards. Spanish, German, French, Portuguese, Japanese, and Arabic are marked beta until native speakers have reviewed them.
Does it tell me why something happened?
No. It reports what the data shows, such as which group accounts for a change. A possible reason appears only as a clearly labelled possibility to check, never as a conclusion.
What does it cost?
The free plan includes 5 reports in total and needs no card. Regular is $15 a month for 25 reports. Business is $150 a month for 250 reports. At the limit no more reports are written and nothing extra is charged.
Who can see my data?
Your files are stored privately and are only available to your workspace. You choose how long uploaded files are kept, and you can delete a dataset, download everything held about you, or delete your account from the security page.
Can I use the reports outside Provetale?
Yes. Export a finished report as PDF, Word or PowerPoint. The exports are made from the same verified report, and they never contain a statement that was left out during verification.
Is two step verification available?
Yes. You can turn on an authenticator app and keep recovery codes, and you can sign out of every device at once.
